Delivery Information

(A) Shipping products within Greece:

Orders within Greece are sent through the courier company …………… within…. up to… .. working days.

It is also possible to receive from the store, both for already prepaid orders as mentioned above and for orders with payment in the store.

In case the delivery of the order is not possible (indicatively mentioned: inability to communicate, non-attendance for receipt of the product, non-availability of the requested product) and after the expiration of this deadline, the order is canceled.

The Company cooperates with specific courier and courier companies. Shipments are made daily, from Monday to Friday, at delivery times of the respective cooperating transport companies. From the above days and hours of delivery are excluded the cases for which the transport company Courier can not cope due to its own fault.

Without prejudice to what is explicitly stated in these Terms of Use if your order is completed by 12:30 pm from Monday to Friday, the products are delivered within ………………. working days in Attica and other major urban cities, within D. working days in the rest of Greece and the Islands, within D. in Cyprus and within ………… ..workable in other foreign countries.

The above deadlines do not apply in periods of extreme weather events or strikes, offers / discounts and in any case of force majeure, which may affect the transport and delivery times.

In case you wish to send your order with a transport company of your choice with which the Company does not cooperate, then the shipping costs are borne by you regardless of the value of the order and place / time of delivery. In this case, the Company is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of your products.

4.2 Delivery Delay

The Company makes every effort for the timely and appropriate delivery of the ordered products, however we reserve the reservation that the delivery of the products may be delayed in case (a) the product is delayed for any reason to be sent by our supplier, resulting in there is a shortage of stock, despite our calculations (b) the product has already been removed and is not available due to the sudden and unannounced announcement of the supplier to remove the product in question, (c) there is force majeure such as extreme weather events, strikes, or any other event outside our sphere of influence and control which may affect the delivery and delivery of your order. In the above cases we will contact you if you want us to deliver the order without the product that has been delayed or is not available, or to suggest you an alternative, or to inform you about the delivery time of the product that is not immediately available. In case you are not satisfied with our offer, you have the right to cancel the order in part or in full and to refund any money you have paid, in any case to give you the alternatives available to our company.
